Hahahahaha i totally missed it. I made toasted sandwiches the other day and gave myself a seriously bad burn from the tomato that slipped out on to my lip/chin...it stung for ages. I think if tomato is going to be used it must be done so using a sandwich press like your one in the photo. I've been meaning to ask who made the sandwich....extra butter? Was it the MSG bacon man?
