Don't Stop Believin'

Channel 10 is bombarding me with ads for this Glee finale and the song Don't Stop Believin' is being ruined for me!

I used to love it because I thought of the romantic scene in the movie Monster, which in the context of the film was quite touching, beautiful yet scary. Those teens have ruined it. I'm gonna upload a video. I haven't been able to find a copy of this anywhere else but I hope the copyright owner understands that if anything I am trying to generate interest in a fantastic oscar winning film, which I love. Charlize is a great actor. Definitely a different feel to the Glee context. Google kept telling me "invalid request" when I tryed to look at their terms and conditions anyway.

I almost had a major car accident this afternoon. Not my fault and it was really scary. Its very hard to control a 3 tonne van in a slide on gravel... (but I'm safe and well)

Dreaming of cows???

So much for my idea of moving blogging deadline up down to 24hrs....I'm not even sure if this will make the 48. There simply isn't enough hours in the day.

So lately i haven't been sleeping the best and i think it is showing up in my dreams.Last night i had a rather strange dream about a Hitman teaching me how to be a cow whisperer.

We were petting and giving the bloody things massages....the dream went on and on for ages.

My dreams seem to be filled with all kinds of strange stuff of late so i have decided to start looking them up.

Hitman To dream that you are a hitman or that you hire one, indicates that there is some aspect of yourself that you are desperately trying to rid yourself of.

Cow To see a cow in your dream, symbolizes your passive and docile nature. You obey others without question. Alternatively, a cow represents maternal instincts or the desire to be cared for. For some cultures, the cow represents divine qualities of fertility, nourishment and motherhood.
To see a herd of cows, indicates your need to belong.
To dream that you are milking a cow, represents your willingness and drive to work hard. In the end, you will benefit from your hard work.

Ok so its kind fitting to a few aspect of what going on in my life.....but still cows and hitmen WTF!

Bring back summer!

I'll take this opportunity to have a bit of a whine about how much i hate winter!

I'm so sick of leaving for work in the dark and getting home in the dark, being cold all the time....not to mention all those sick grotts on the train sneezing and coughing all over the place.

I don't want to have to wear so many clothes and lug this stupid hot water bottle along with me where ever i go.

I need some sun, a gin and tonic and most importantly some FUN!!!!!!

If you need a pen...

I know I'm late with this post. I didn't hand my work in until Friday afternoon cos I got sick. So I've been hectic.

This is the actual contents of my bag. No I didn't add extra pens for the occasion thats how many I carry with me. I've seen someone else do this by picking people off the street and taking a photo of them and the contents of their bag, so I thought it would be interesting to do for myself.

Well kinda....

Winter is not being kind to me. I seriously feel like i am a water balloon full of custard (not nice imagery there) and my energy is so low (insert cranky tantrums).

Time to do something about it.....no more lollies , take away or over processed foods.

This is my breakfast this morning -Berry and banana smoothie (organic yogurt, honey and soy milk) and avocado on rye.
